How to track your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation containing your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link. Click the link, or enter the number on the courier's tracking portal, to see live updates from dispatch to delivery.
Order statuses explained
• Payment confirmed — your crypto payment has been detected and your order is queued for fulfilment. • Processing — your order is being picked, packed and prepared for dispatch. • Shipped — your parcel is with the courier and your tracking number is active. • Out for delivery — your parcel is on the final leg to your address. • Delivered — your order has arrived.
When tracking updates
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch while the courier registers your parcel. After that, status updates appear as your parcel moves through the carrier's network. International parcels may show fewer updates while in transit between countries — this is normal.
Haven't received tracking?
If you haven't received a tracking number within 72 hours of your order being confirmed, please check your spam folder, then contact support@bitcryptomarket.com with your order reference and we'll resend it right away.
Delivery issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, shows delivered but you haven't received it, or indicates a problem, contact our support team. Every order is insured, so we'll investigate with the courier and make it right with a replacement or refund if needed.
