Every BitcryptoMarket order ships free worldwide — fully tracked, insured, and with all duties and taxes included for supported regions. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, dispatched and delivered.

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping on every order to 180+ countries, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. Your order is dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address for the fastest and most reliable route.

Where supported, the price you pay at checkout is fully inclusive — there are no surprise courier charges, handling fees or surcharges on delivery.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of your crypto payment being confirmed on-chain. During busy periods, major launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer; if so, we'll keep you updated by email.

Once your order has been packed and handed to the courier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates below are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date, and are guidelines rather than guarantees:

• United States, Canada & European Union: 3–4 business days. • United Kingdom & Western Europe: 2–4 business days. • Australia, New Zealand & Asia-Pacific: 4–7 business days. • Middle East, Africa & Latin America: 5–9 business days.

Remote regions, customs inspections and circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays) may extend these windows.

Carriers & tracking

We ship with trusted global couriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS, selected automatically for the fastest service to your destination. Every shipment is fully tracked door to door.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking number isn't yet updating, please allow a little time for the carrier's system to register the parcel.

Insurance, loss & damage

All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to you. In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact our support team and we will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Please report any visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible, so we can resolve it quickly.

Customs, duties & taxes

For supported regions, all import duties and taxes are included in your order total. For a small number of destinations where pre-payment isn't possible, any duties levied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient; we'll always make this clear before you pay where it applies.

We declare shipments accurately and in compliance with international shipping regulations.

Address accuracy & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address exactly as entered. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address is unreachable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded and secure packaging to protect your privacy and the contents in transit. Nothing on the outside of the box reveals what's inside.
