Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains exactly how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and protective seals where applicable.

Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts or removed serial labels may be subject to a partial refund or refused, at our reasonable discretion.

How to start a return

Starting a return is simple: 1) Email support@bitcryptomarket.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 2) Our team will reply with return authorisation and a prepaid shipping label or the correct return address. 3) Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided. 4) Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns can't always be traced to your order.

Refunds & crypto

Refunds are issued in the fiat (USD) value of your original order to protect you from cryptocurrency price volatility between purchase and refund. You may choose to receive your refund as cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, or as store credit for a future purchase.

Because crypto transactions are irreversible, refunds are always issued as a new, separate payment — never as a reversal of your original transaction.

Refund timeframes

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are approved within 2 business days. Crypto refunds are typically sent the same or next business day after approval, and arrive once the network confirms the transaction.

You'll receive an email at each stage: when we receive your return, when your refund is approved, and when it has been sent.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Every product is quality-inspected before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you — with a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for defects or errors, with photos where possible, so we can resolve it fast.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model, colour or configuration? Contact support and we'll help you exchange your item. If there's a price difference, we'll arrange the balance or a partial refund accordingly.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety or licensing reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used — including in-ear audio products, fragrances and personal-care items, and any item marked as final sale. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched — just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies.
