We also own the adjacent lot making the total property 1,475 sq. m. (.364 acres) completely fenced with large bamboo rails and squared cement block posting. Build another house, garden, add a guest house, or hold on to the extra lot for investment and privacy.

The property has multiple mango, banana, plantain, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and coconut trees.

Tonsupa features a long golden broad beach lined with apartment buildings & hotels. 4 kilometer ( 2.5 mile) flat beach. The locals say that they prefer this beach because there is less undertow & it is calm & flatter when compared to other nearby beaches. Playa Tonsupa is a little quieter and less crowded than Atacames but there is still an active night life. A variety of water sports are available including jet skis, banana boats, surfing, parasailing, From July to September whale watching is a popular activity. 5 hr bus ride to Quito 40 min bus ride to Esmeraldas 40 min taxi ride to Esmeraldas airport 30 min flight from Quito.

Atacames population is approx. 12,000 & has one of the lowest rates of poverty in the province of Esmeraldas. It has an ATM, 2 banks, fishermen market, many small stores & one large one, Kentucky Fried Chicken, several pharmacies, furniture stores, tons of great eating establishments with most of them reasonably priced & many tri-moto taxis. Atacames has a busy night life & is the party town & Tonsupa is the quiet family town.
