The structure is made of two distinct buildings next to each other with more space to expand and build more rental units or owners’ houses.

One building consists of the owner’s quarter: one bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. As well as the separate kitchen used by the guests opening to a shared dining area.

The other building is for rentals and offers 2 floors. Each one consists of 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a small social area. A/C units are already available on the first floor.

And then, there is the garden. It truly is a piece of heaven! Very quiet and peaceful. This is where you and your guests will have a chance to be visited by monkeys, toucans, or scarlet macaws while wandering around the large selection of fruit trees (bananas, passion fruits, pineapples, soursops…), cacao trees, avocados, and the spellbinding ylang-ylang.
