Return Conditions

Refund Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund for your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your full refund once your return is received.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization
    • Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Packaging and Shipping
    • Ensure the item is in original condition and original packaging included.
    • Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization.
    • Return the item using a Postal service with the provided return label from steps 1 and 2.
  4. Required Documents
    • Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item.
    • Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method. The method of refund will be the same as your original payment.

  • Orders cannot be altered or canceled once processed and shipped.
  • We aim to deliver all shipments as quickly as possible and will inform you personally of any unexpected delays.
