Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund for your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your full refund once your return is received.
How to Initiate a Return

- Packaging and Shipping
- Ensure the item is in original condition and original packaging included.
- Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization.
- Return the item using a Postal service with the provided return label from steps 1 and 2.
- Required Documents
- Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item.
- Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method. The method of refund will be the same as your original payment.
